1. After 200 to 300 hours of operation, the first oil change should be performed. In the future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, for a gearbox that has been working continuously for a long time, it should be replaced with a new oil according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year. For a gearbox that has been out of service for a long time, it should be replaced with a new oil. , Must not be mixed with oil of different brands, oils of the same brand but different viscosity are allowed to be mixed.
2. During work, if you find that the temperature of the oil rises above 80 ° C or the temperature of the oil pool exceeds 100 ° C and abnormal noise occurs, you should stop using it, check the cause, eliminate the fault, and then continue the operation after changing the lubricant.
3.The user should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection, and the above regulations should be strictly implemented.
4.When changing the oil, wait until the reducer cools down until there is no danger of burning, but it should still be kept warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply to the drive to prevent inadvertent power!
